How are you guys doing it?

So I'm fairly new to this whole thing, and have only been actively licensed for about a month. I've reached out to hundreds of real estate agents via email but have only had a handful respond. Do you guys have any tips for getting agents to send clients your way? I don't really have the money to pay for leads (if that's even possible), so any tips you guys have would be great. Im also a nervous phone talker, so I'd love some guidance on that.
