[Acne] Has anyone used clear skin lab / nutritionbyrobyn?

I am getting very desparate .. cannot take accutane been on topicals for 2+ years without success. looking to try a holistic practitioner. DOes anyone have any recommendations? I have found clear skin lab / nutritionbyrobyn to be a little pricey and not have a lot of reviews online but I am considering it and wondering if anyone has any good/bad experiences they can share.
