"Canada" Virgin Mobile Eligible for New phone and Plan scam

BE AWARE : Some Indian dude called me by the name of Chris which didn't add up telling me I've been paying my line for long time and eligible for a new Free phone "Samsung S25 ultra" once I accepted the offer I was told my password has been changed to "Myvirgin@1" for maintainance on the Account which again raised many suspicion on my ends that this can't be right. After he sent me a email for a blue phone when I asked for black one, then proceeded to tell me that they had 13 clients buy phones and virgin mobile specialist team had made a mistake but he fixed it, and gave me a fake agent number & fake text plus number telling me to call him personally if I need anything. Once I Hung up I called Virgin Mobile to confirm it was actually him to only realise I was scammed the whole time!!! Everyone watch out if you get any weird call tell them you would hang up and call the company itself back personally on their main number. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
