Going insane trying to remember a specific anime from the earl 2010's, HELP PLZ

Okay so my friend was recommending the Fragrant Flowers anime and I made a comment on how the guy looked like the guy from Silent Voice but blond, and that the girl looked like a girl from an anime from somewhere between 2010-2015ish. My friend, who is an insane anime person and knows any and every anime ever, had no idea what I was talking about even when I was describing it. I'm going insane trying to find it, I'd really appreciate some help :,,,))

Details:

-The anime came out somewhere between 2010-2015 (more likely 2013-15)

-Main character was a girl with longgg black hair and big blue eyes

-She had this frilly light pink magical girl-esque outfit but it wasn't an official MAGICAL GIRL anime.

-I remember the cover having her running through a school hall, I think grabbing a guy and running along with him or something.

Thank you :,,,,,)
