Screen busted

Got my G350 a few weeks ago, just going with how it came from AliExpress. I dropped it today and there appears to be an internal crack in the screen. I cannot feel it, but the device is no longer playable. Is there a way to replace the screen or am I going to need to get a new device?

Anybody know of a rubberized case for it?
