Random songs in recently played.

Starting from today, I have noticed a lot of random songs that I have never listened to before in my recently played. What is very weird about this is that most of these songs are similar to my music taste (not all though). I've changed my passwords just in case, it's stopped for now since I logged out and deleted the app. Could it have been the app that was causing this? Another thing to scratch my head to.
