Survivor Pass

Logged on to finish up my weekly before the survivor pass ended. Still had 4 hours remaining. Played 1 game and hit the main screen and now it just says coming soon for the survivor pass. I had around 50 unclaimed tokens I was gonna use and needed to complete 3 more weeklys which only required X amount of minutes played. Can anything be done? Any kind of reimbursement? I logged on around 7pm CST. Menu showed 4 hours and 19 minutes left in the pass when I last checked.
