Bone Mets vs regular ol’ pain

Post-menopausal and dx with ER+, HER2- IDC, one positive SNL (out of 2 tested). Oncotype 39. Waiting for my appointment with the oncologist to find out next steps (which I’m sure include chemo). I have rheumatoid arthritis, and the accompanying occasional joint pain, but now I’m stressing that maybe all these aches and pains are actually bone mets. For those who’ve had mets to the bone, particularly if you also have RA or just age-related aches and pains, is there a distinguishing feature that can maybe put my mind a little at ease (or prepare me for the news)?!
