Career help!!!

Just graduated efda school in may. I wanted $30, DR offered me $28. I asked if we could meet in the middle at $29. She seemed excited about this and said she would talk to HR. 2 weeks later hr calls after I haven’t heard anything and assumed I already had the $29 since I was doing expanded duties for the past 2 weeks. Anyways they say they can only offer me $28. This obviously upset me, I denied it & they said they’ll get back to me in the morning after talking to some higher ups. I was quite emotional and applied to a job on indeed & got a phone call within minutes. I NEED SOME SERIOUS ADVICE!!

Current job 8:30-4 Monday-Thursday 2 Fridays a month 8:30-12, accured PTO, no other benefits. I Carry all of the weight at my job clinical wise. My boss is patient with me anytime I need to call off.

Job I applied to 10:30-6:30 Mondays, 8:30-5:30 Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30-12 on Fridays. Traveling position but nothing over 25 minutes away, one office is even down the street from my house. 401k, PTO, 1 week paid vacation. Explained there’s 6 other efdas amongst the other offices and I wouldn’t be doing filings all day long id be able to do some regular duties too. The job opening is 28-35.

What would you guys do? Also while I was in school I continuously asked if my office would pay for anything as well as if they’d pay anything towards my loupes. They would not & after everything has been said and done I have dished out 9k for the betterment of my career since I started school back in February between tuition & loupes.

The schedule for the job I applied for is tight considering I’m a mom but definitely more room to make more money. More hours & most likely better pay & benefits are a plus. I just don’t want to regret anything while raising my kids.
