Shopping Cart Operation License

OMG. Can we get Costco to require all members to take lessons on how to operate the shopping carts in the store?

I try to keep right, like when I'm driving my car, but so many shoppers are just out there willie nillie pushing their carts all over the place.

Also, strolling slowly ahead of your cart while you pull it, standing to the side, is really annoying. You are taking up 2 spaces across aisles.
