I am looking for a term and a sauce if anyone can help

The two things aren't related to each other but the term I am looking for I believe to see in personality excretion works not all the time but some basically a woman would, standing, spread her legs and doing some sort of arm exercise thrusting her arms down twords her pussy then back up and repeat ive seen this on mutliple works but don't know what it is called. The work I am looking for I don't know much because I had read like 1 chapter but a woman in the shower presses her ass to the glass making a heat print and a man comes along later cleaning and sees the heat print that's all I remember from the short bit I read.
