New here - don't hate.

I am stricken by these beautiful jumpers you all have as "pets." I know they are not really but I am intrigued by the obvious relationships that some of you have. I am so interested that I want to learn more and maybe have a go at getting one set up to enjoy life.

I live in Houston, and I never see them. When I lived in CO, I could find them all day. I look all the time.

I was at a McD's drive through the other day and two were playing on the wall near the drive up window. I debated trying to capture but thought that wasn't the time or place.

So, let's say I want to buy one, where does that happen? I want a aqua or violet colored one. I think I would lean toward female.

I am researching now, but I am missing where to buy? Is this ethical as I can't find one? Seems a lot of people talk about their Jumpers being bought.
