As a PS5 + Dedicated Server player who also owns Palworld on Steam, there are two features I wish we had
First: Inputting a server password on console is a PITA. Since PS5 can only access "community" servers, we need to set up our server with a reasonably strong password that won't get brute forced. "Recent servers" should have an option to remember the server password the next time we log in.
Second: A method of remapping UIDs server-side would be extremely useful for people who own Palworld on multiple platforms. Yes, there are tools to migrate a UID's save file from one platform to another, but that isn't useful if we want to switch back and forth between, for example, PS5 at home and Steam Deck when traveling. I'd love to have a server-side mapping config that will take my Deck's UID and remap that to my PS5's UID, so that the server treats connections from my Deck as if it were the same player as when I connect from PS5 as opposed to a completely different person.
Unfortunately, the UID is not just in the Players/UID.sav filename - it's also inside the save data itself so I can't just symlink the files.
