Firenze - Bonsai Tempan Restaurant - Reviews - Better than Benihana

I'll be on a 4 night cruise next week with some friends (with some kids) and was wondering if anyone can let me know if the Bonsai Teppan is any good? Worth the price? Is it packed each night?

I guess the one that most people know would be Benihana, does it compare to Benihana or other Teppan restaurants.

Hows the fried rice? How are the ginger and mustard sauces? Any reviews would be greatly appreciated!
