Starting a new job and pregnant - advice?

I am starting a new job in two weeks - I started interviewing in early June and the process was very long + there were delays in getting the offer letter and start date. I am 6 weeks pregnant so I will be starting at 8 weeks. Everything I’ve heard about this job is that the onboarding / getting up to speed takes a long time (even up to a year) and I am due in early April…I am SO worried already about telling them. I know legally there is nothing they can do but it’s more guilt I feel and just awkwardness around having to tell my new boss. This is my second child and with the first I had been at the company for a while so I had an established reputation.

I looked it up and my new job does have great maternity leave and it starts day 1 so I will get the full leave, which is great. So I’m not worried about that but again just the complete awkwardness of starting and basically coming in staying I am going to be on leave in 6 months (by the time I tell them).

Has anyone been in this situation and have advice?
