Need help finding this style of dress! (nervous I'll never find "the one")

Hi all! I've been to several appointments already, but I haven't quite found "the one" yet. There are aspects of all the dresses that I like, and most of them look decent on me (I've tried on Maggie Sottero, Essence of Australia, Lillian West, looked into Pronovias). But I feel like I'm looking for a specific style/vibe, but I can't "name" that style specifically. I want the dress to feel more unique, with features like illusion sleeves that are not too heavy (light, mesh, feel more open and not cover in too much lace), an intricate back design, fit and flare, and preferably some sort of texture throughout the dress (rather than crepe material straight down).

I found a couple of Demetrios dresses that I LOVE the look of, but I have a feeling they are going to be out of my budget (hoping for a max of $3,000), and also really difficult to find at local retailers. The wedding date is October 24, 2026, in the northeast US, in a rustic elegant barn setting.
