[South America] need help finding a good dumphone 😭

Hi! Im from Brazil and im trying to find a dumb phone for me and my friends to buy (specialy flip phones). I wanted a phone capable of having apps like Uber, but don’t know if there are afoardable flip phones capable of This. If you guys have recommendations for dumb phones capable of having GPS, WhatsApp and Uber it would be Nice! We also think about getting other flip models that are older/simpler that are still usable today.
