Question about prerequisite GPA when applying with courses in progress

I’m applying to DPT programs this September but I still have a few prerequisite courses left. I’ll be taking them in the upcoming fall and spring semesters.

Right now, I have a 4.0 GPA in the prerequisite courses I’ve completed so far. When I submit my application in September, will the programs only see my prereq GPA based on the classes I’ve already taken? do they factor in the in progress courses?

Also, after I finish those remaining prerequisites, will I need to send updated transcripts to PTCAS so they can see the final grades before making a final decision?
