Buyers Agent Commission

My husband and I have been looking to purchase a home for almost a year now and haven’t had any luck getting our offer accepted yet despite offering well over asking and waiving inspection.

Lately, we are coming across more sellers refusing to pay the buyers agent commission. As first time home buyers this incredibly disheartening. We’ve worked so hard to save but homes have gotten so expensive and we don’t have any equity to bring to the table. The buyers agent commission is just one more thing we have to worry about in this crazy market that previous first time home buyers didn’t.

My question - what are you all seeing with sellers offer buyers agent commission in this market? Are they partially offering it? Not offering it at all?
