Got shorted in r/JewelryForSale

The guy dropped off the face of the Earth after he shipped it to me, and didn't complete the trade in the bot. I just now got around to weighing it and noticed he was short 0.17g. Has anyone had any transactions with u/chohls? Best case he's using a bad scale to sell PMs and worst case, he's misrepresenting what he's selling.
