Paradeus from Girls Frontline Series replaces the Institute in Fallout 4 what happens.

Kinda Figured i'd pitch an idea. The Group Paradeus who they have bio engineered stuff as well but its alot stronger and have been a reoccurring problem for The Commander (you) and the other characters. They've been around for awhile

Replaces the Institute in fallout 4 and uses the institute's base as their own base along with adding on their technology with the institutes technology. While also sending scouts across the united states to get more information and technology that could be used for their own goals

Like if they Find the Cloud in Fallout New Vegas and bring it back.

How would the commonwealth respond? How would the factions respond?
How would the rest of the country respond really.
