Advice Needed - 2 month stall at 7m Post-Op - SW: 232lb, CW: 186lb, GW: 130lb

Advice

Hi everyone, I got sleeved at the end of January and had been losing (slowly) but steadily up until June/July. I have been sitting between 186-189 lbs, gaining and losing but never breaking the stall. I rarely eat carbs, I eat low fat, I never eat sugar and I count my macros on an app called MacrosFirst to make sure I get at least 100g of protein per day.

My everyday meals basically consist of 2 boiled eggs with half a small avocado for breakfast and nothing else. Then for lunch it's grillef steak and boiled broccoli or grilled chicken breast with cauliflower and brocolli and other variations of protein and veggies. If I ever add carbs it's half a potato or 1/4 of a cup of while boiled rice. Then I snack on some pineapple or drink celery juice in the afternoon (if I didn't have it in the morning) and for dinner I do a cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, some cinnamon and about 6-7 blueberries cut in half. Before bed I always do a shot of kefir as well. I have never went over 1,000 calories during this whole time, and I walk and workout occasionally, maybe twice a week. I've always liked healthy food and had maintained a healthy weight but the main reason I had to have the surgery was because came off of birth control after 11 years of taking it nonstop and my weight spiraled out of control. Also, my PCOS symptoms got worse than ever and I had permanent bleeding for about 4 months. But I actually enjoy eating clean and working out. I never liked sodas, sweets or fast food, even when I was younger.

I wonder if my hormones have anything to do with my stall? My best friend got sleeved and he lost significantly more weight that I had lost by now, although he was about 60 lbs heavier than me and he never worked out a single time and ate McDonalds and fast food frequently.

Please help me out and share some advice on how to manage this. I'm considering getting on Ozempic or Mounjaro but I'm not sure if it's too soon for that. I'm truly doing the best that I can and I'm not seeing the results I wanted.

Oh and the whole reason why I'm anxious is because I'm getting married on November and really need to get to my goal weight by then or at least close to it. My goal is 130 lbs and I am 5'1 or 157cm.
