PT left ear

I have had PT in my left ear for over a month now. I had it for two weeks before I decided it was time to visit the clinic (I was busy with school) and saw a PA who told me it was likely due to allergies and congestion. She told me to take zyrtec-D and a nasal decongestant for two weeks and then take a normal Zyrtec after. I tried that and it did not help. I finally went again a little over a month after my initial appointment and saw an MD who prescribed be a steroid. I’m on day two of these, also which are not working. I think my next step might be to see an ENT because I don’t know what else to do and it’s driving me crazy. I am young still in college and it’s very distracting I don’t have any previous health conditions and normal vitals. I literally cried yesterday to the MD bc I feel like i’m not getting answers. Anyone else in similar situation?
