Anyone have Heat Pump AC and Heat?

Remodeling a house in Naperville and want to go with Heat Pump for heating and AC.

Any recommendations on contractors and equipment manufacturers and do you have gas furnace as backup when it gets very cold or just heat strips in the air exchanger?

Also going with Heat Pump water heater.
