Bluetooth Issue on Windows

I've just purchased an Asus bluetooth adapter for my Sony XM4 headphones (Asus BT500) and followed the very simple directions of disabling the built in bluetooth. After disabling Intel Wireless Bluetooth and attempting to install the drivers for the adapter - It says that a built in bluetooth is still detected. Uninstalling it instead of just disabling it doesn't do anything different as it will reinstall after I try to download the Asus drivers.

I've tried disabling bluetooth within BIOS however, it seems that I can only do that if disabling WiFi as well... I'm not sure what else to try.
