Clocking haki in early eps

I'm rewatching one piece with my bf rn, and I keep noticing things that are maybe early signs of Luffy and Zoro's haki. Best example I can give is in Whiskey Peak, when Luffy and Zoro start fighting, a spark of electricity happens between them, not the normal anime agitation spark, but what seemed like a spark of conquerer's. Idk maybe I'm other thinking it but it just seemed cool. Another example is when Luffy screams at Wapol and his men from the top of Drum Kingdom castle and a wave of energy flows past them like wind. I assume it's conquerer's again but idk.
