Herpes

I’m a 23 year old female and I’ve been dealing with depression for a while now and my doctor called me and told me that I had herpes and my heart instantly dropped, I feel like my life is over. It’s already hard enough and I can’t stop crying 🥺 I’ve been single for over 2 years but have had sex with people I just wish I was more careful. I don’t know what to do 😩 I literally want to die
