Started with F3, played F4 like every other month since release, F1 and F2 and Tactics here and there, and bought F76 at launch but only played like twice and have questions

I had knee surgery today and my best friend told me I should update 76 and play with her. It will take all night to update. I just finished my official first totally vanilla playthrough of 4 for the trophies. As someone who has played for possibly like a total of 5 hours of 76, where should I start and what should I pay attention for? Honestly will basically be a first playthrough (ADHD and bad memory).
