Am I overreacting and overthinking?

Issue: I have noticed this lump in my vaginal canal and from researching, it seems like a cyst. However, I went to the doctor and she said that she could only see some scar tissue (from a third degree tear I had after giving birth) and maybe some sort of “small, skin tag.” The second picture is the one I showed her after the exam and she said “yeah that does sort of look like a cyst but I didn’t see that just now.” So I thought “oh okay great it must have just gone away.” But I just looked again and I still see it! I took the first picture just a couple minutes ago. Am I crazy and that’s something normal I’ve always had but never noticed? Is the doctor blind? I’m so frustrated and feel like I’m overreacting or overthinking but that’s never been there before. I’m not understanding how she didn’t see it.
