Can people use ESP (wall hacks) in Val?

I read about Valorant's Fog of War system, and the server is supposed to not send enemy information until absolutely necessary. I noticed a lot of sus players, so I am not sure, do they actually use this system or not? No I am not looking to cheat, just if they made it, why does it look like cheaters can still see through walls?
