Student overdrafts

So I have two student overdrafts maxed out at 2000 each (4000 total). This is completely my fault so please dont destroy me in the replies. All im asking is for advice on how to get out of minus. Context being im going into second year I earn around 4000 a year through my part time job. Any financial advice is appreciated, thanks in advance
