Harassment from coach
This happened this morning at 5:35ish and I work overnights. I’m one of their best workers on o/ns. I was working my last 3 break packs in the department I was working on and my coach comes over stands there watching me work the last 3 break packs. My coach leaves for a second to get the milk crate he left in cereal. He comes back with it and sets it on the floor to sit on it. He continues to watch me work the 3 break packs until he decides to leave a few minutes later.
Usually he’s always on my ass telling me to hurry up. Pretty much almost everyday talking bout I need help in this department or this department. It’s really starting to get annoying. He doesn’t do this with anybody else. He’s overworks me compared to everyone else and my fellow coworkers know it too. I just feel like a target at this point. I did take a mental health week off because of my coach. 2 weeks ago I had a lot freight and I didn’t get any help until the last minute. I told him at the beginning of the shift I needed help. But always sends me to help a coworker finish their freight when it isn’t the last minute.
I genuinely do enjoy working overnights but my coach is making me hate my job. I don’t know if I should talk to my other coach bout this, the store manager or store lead, write a statement on him, or call ethics?
