[PC][Around 2009-2014] Need help to find a game from when I was younger

About 10 years ago, my father installed a game on the pc. I have no Idea what it was called, when exactly it was released and cant find it anywhere. It was a point and click style game with a really dark and mysterious atmosphere. It started off with the protagonist on a train. The train crashes and the MC is now in a dark town. There is motiv of crows sometimes. You start collecting shards of a blue magic gem, that later on a crazy gandalf looking man uses to turn into an owl. You find out the gem belongs to an amulet. in that amulet, there are 2 more slots for a red and green stone. The red one belongs to a woman that turns into a fox and the green stone to the MCs father, that was turned evil. He also transforms into a bear. you do a lot of puzzles, like mixing potions to freeze a lake, or a bunch of other things. The games Desktop icon was a ravens eye I think. I cant find anything about it anywhere and am starting to think I was just hallucinating, so if anyone has an Idea , please let me know.
