how can I be clairvoyant

I am very interested in learning and developing clairvoyance. I know that I would have to develop my intuition much more, but I have no idea where to start or what to do. I also don't know if it is possible for me since I don't have the facility or the gift. Please advise me on how I can start or where I can investigate.
