Need break in tune.. Cobb?

Dyno tuned my car in 2020 got 350whp 375tq with a catless dp. TGV Deletes. Verticooler TMIC. Cobb flex fuel/fuel mods.

Been sitting for years now. Am I going to have trouble getting a break in tune with green gate or whatever? Just got a IAG block and a whole lot of goodies to hit 500whp.
