Work Assignment Details

Where can I find details on what exactly work assignment entails in the new contract? I have a supervisor who is acting like I’m an 8 hour carrier even though I’m on work assignment, constantly harassing me about being late when I have a double coverage for apartments and stuff, even when I’m filling out 3996s and sending in messages of how late I’ll be on the scanner. I want to know exactly what my duties are and what expectations are so I can properly get them to back off a bit.
