Got scammed on Telegramm

Hey you, I (M19) really feel terrible, but I fell for a scam on Telegramm. I chatted with this girl for like a week and I felt we were really close and we moved it from IG to Telegramm and shared some explicit photos and videos. The I received threatening messages and I just totally panicked and did send them like about 150€ in 3 steps, but in return I got Videos of them actually deleting my stuff from their phone even from the trash. After I calmed down I deactivated my IG for now and blocked the Telegramm and screenshotted the IG and Telegramm tag, but I wasn't smart enough to screenshot or conversation (already deleted it). Do you have any advice on what I could do now or do you think they just leave me alone? It was relay terrifying and I think I definitely learned my lesson🥲
