What cars/ trucks are currently selling the most under MSRP?

Open to a car/ truck/ SUV, new. About $40k or less, before taxes and DMV. I’m in New York.

I’m thinking some slower sellers like Jeep Gladiator or Nissans, which are possibilities, but I’m curious what you all are seeing. Thanks!
