5 Month Old Baby constantly likes to bend his left thumb?

I've started to notice that my 5 Month Old constantly grabs his left thumb and bends it back. It seems like he obsessively does it. He doesnt seem like hes in pain or anything. Its just something he does. Should I be worried? Anyone else experience this?
