Confuse about characters

Hii so I’m 21 shy and introverted,I have no friends and I get less messages so lately I was catfishing as a girl and was getting so many attention and requests but I thought that is not genuine connection and in the end I won’t get any real friends so what should I do? Actually

1. should I keep myself as I am and be real person and get less messages?

Or

2. make a catfish account and get so many responses and attention?
