Game freezing after 3.5 patch?

Anyone else experiencing the game freezing after the season 3.5 patch? My brother and I are both dealing with this on PC. Didn't have any problems before this patch. Both of us have uninstalled and reinstalled and hard rebooted our PCs between. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
