I quit after 10+ years and moved on to a new company. They are hiring basically TCR1s, it’s a lot to learn and there is a lot to do but nothing like GEICO. It’s a completely different culture and good opportunity 50-70k range. I got top of the range for my position, easy to negotiate. You will have to work hard every day just like GEICO but without the toxic bs
