Dental work and tirzepatide?

I am definitely going to get an answer from my dentist and have left a message with them, but I’m wondering if any of you have had any issues with getting dental work while on tirzepatide. I am going to get a couple of fillings done, as well as a crown and will be numbed locally. I know with regular anesthesia, people are advised to not take the medication for one or two weeks prior, but I’m wondering if any of you have received this recommendation with local anesthetic for this kind of work. I’m also wondering if any of you had any issues with this. Thank you!
