going back to work and ex will be there

my ex broke up with me about 2.5 months ago, and i’m still not over it. i’m definitely in a better place mentally compared to when she broke up with me but things still hurt. i go back to my uni job in a couple days and i know i’m going to see her there. has anyone dealt with this and how did you/should i interact with her? i just know it’s going to hurt every time i see her. i’m just not sure how to approach this situation and i don’t want it to be awkward
