Looking for a sound album

When my husband and I were dating like 17 years ago he had this cd from American Eagle that also played the music videos. It had Meg and Dia- Monster on it and a My Chemical Romance song live from Mexico- I thiiiiink it was Welcome to the Black Parade.

Can anyone name the album?! Or better yet help me acquire it?!
