Cat has blood in mucus.

Hello! My cat went to the vet yesterday and is getting treatment for an upper respiratory infection. However today when he was sneezing I noticed some bloody mucus come out. Should I be worried or is it possibly just an irritated nostril from sneezing. Thanks
