Look back last year of August

I remember back in August 2024, in dark outside I tripped over the mattress by trash bag because spider web distracted me!😭 after tripped over on my knees and hands then my head dropped hard WITHOUT strike on ground and I felt electric shock all over my body then hop in my boyfriend’s car. One min after fall I felt too tired then passed out fast. So…was it syncope entire time or I was just tired from fall? I had no idea I was suspected for dysautonomia/POTS at the time
