Best vaccum for the price?

Hello everyone!

I recently bought a house that is 60% medium carpet and 40% hardwood floors. I want a vaccum that is the best value for the price, preferably under 200 but even less is better. I have 3 dogs though and I find their hair EVERYWHERE and I get quite a few dustballs that keep clogging my battery ryobi vaccum or other odds and ends. I want something that won't clog every 15 seconds mainly and can get through a vaccum.
