Do you know any Data teams where the manager doesn't knows the D of Data Science.

Dear fellow redditors from Indianworkplace -lately I have been observing that in a lot of companies where tech is not the main product and Data is used to support business decisions a lot of people have reached senior management positions even without knowing the first thing about Data Science. Have you also come accross any such teams? If yes would you be kind enough to share the story with us?
