27M Could this be a staph infection?

I have a medium length beard and felt something on my skin so I picked it not knowing what it was. I figured it was just dry skin cause I usually get them at that spot, but I realized I was bleeding, so I checked in the mirror and it looked pretty raw, that was yesterday, today I decided to shave my beard and put a bandaid on it and it looks like this, before I go to MD now tomorrow, does this look like a staph infection?
